Mr. Davis' formal education consists of undergraduate degrees in marketing and economics, with numerous advanced courses in real estate and construction. Mr. Davis is a licensed Texas real estate broker.

Prior to the creation of , Mr. Davis held positions of management and responsibility with some of our nation's leading real estate development companies, including Hines Interests, Lincoln Property Company, Catellus Development and Amega Corporation (the American subsidiary of a French company).

During his career, Mr. Davis has been involved in the planning, development, construction and management of industrial, commercial, retail, residential and institutional properties totaling over 7 million square feet and over 1,000 acres of mixed-use land developments.
