In each assignment, provides their investor and/or client with expertise gained through over three decades of tenure in the design, development, construction, marketing and management of various types of real estate and construction projects.

Completed projects and assignments cover a wide variety of product types, ranging from land development, multi-family housing, light industrial, flex, commercial, office and retail properties to industrial production facilities, educational/medical facilities, etc. Projects have been created using conventional full design plans & specifications and design/build technology.

Projects have been created on a build-to-suit lease basis, as speculative lease or sale projects, and as user/owner occupied facilities. Consulting clients include user/owners, investor individuals, investment institutions, financial institutions and other related consultants or service companies.

Experience covers all stages of project life; from conceptual project planning through entitlements, zoning, project design, development, value engineering, construction, marketing, financing, sales and into extended life asset management/maintenance.
